ATTR-CM is an underdiagnosed and often misdiagnosed cause of heart failure. In the United States, the hereditary form of ATTR, in particular the Val142Ile variant, is more prevalent in the African American population. This program will provide a forum to bring awareness and connection to providers that are managing care in the African American community.
